Synopsis

Pratibha Rastogi is getting old. But she's not ready to accept it. Just like she isn't ready to accept her real name. She prefers going by Miss Cuckoo, which was once her stage name. Back in the day she was a sought after singer, singing for many a silver screen actress, but times changed and she found herself facing premature retirement. When her humorless son and daughter-in-law decide she is too much of a burden, they put her into an old age home for performing artistes, aptly named Golden Oldies. Initially the ever-cheerful, irrepressible Cuckoo copes with the place in her own unique style, but she becomes increasingly depressed. Till one day a young man named Deviprakash Dwivedi lands up, searching for her once famous voice.
