Synopsis
Set in the 1970s, a retired cricketer hatches a plot to murder his wife and steal her inheritence. He blackmails an old acquaintance into doing his bidding. However, in the moment of truth, things go terribly wrong, and a murder does occur, although not one anyone anticipated. The cricketer must then try and salvage the crime as would benefit his interests. But it is not so simple, for he is facing a shrewd adversary, in the form of a Mumbai top-cop investigator.
